With solid experience in Product, I currently lead UX and Product Design projects as a Product Manager, developing SaaS platforms, websites and applications that optimize processes, improve user experience and generate business impact.

My approach integrates Agile methodologies, user-centered design, and psychological insights to create innovative solutions and drive results.

Researcher, master in Psychology from UFRJ and specialist in UX Design from Google, with award-winning experience in scientific research and a focus on digital solutions that have transformed the healthcare sector.

My career is guided by curiosity and empathy, pillars that have strengthened my work as a psychotherapist and researcher, resulting in four research awards from CNPq and FAPERJ. Today, I conduct studies on creativity at UFRJ and apply my knowledge in the largest ecosystem of health leadership in Latin America, FIS.
